Phoamy removes annoying wind noise from mobile calls and movies when placed on a connected headset. Phoamy fits to 95% of all headset microphones, such as Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Happy Play etc.
When the product is mounted on a headset, it can not be removed and reused on another headset.
Phoamy is a product made of noise-reducing foam. The product can withstand water and can be hand washed. However please note: phoamy must be removed from the microphone unit and placed on the cord itself before washing the foam so that the headset microphone is not damaged.
We have 24 months warranty on our products, but if it is correctly applied to the chosen headset and treated properly, it will last much longer.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Danish Kroner and includes 25% VAT. Prices are subject to tax changes, price and proofreading errors, etc.
On phoamy.com you have the option to pay with the following cards: Visa, JCB, MasterCard/ Maestro and Visa Electron/Visa. The card information is transmitted encrypted between the customer and phoamy.com. The payment will be deducted from your card when your order is shipped from our warehouse.
All our orders are delivered with Post Nord - See the estimated delivery time in 'we ship to'. Please notice that our products are sent as ordinary letters.
Orders exceeding 179 DKK is shipped for FREE.
For orders below 179 DKK we charge you 19 DKK.
We ship your order within 1-5 weekdays. The shipping time depends on the destination.

phoamy.com reserves the right to send an order either partially or in full, depending on the stock situation.
If you regret your purchase you have 14 days to return your purchase at phoamy.com.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you;
- have received your item, or
- have received the last item from an order that has been delivered partially
You must, within 14 days of receipt, return your purchase including the following info:
- a copy of the purchasing invoice
- Reason for returning the purchase (Unwanted, Ordered in Error, Picking error, Damaged etc.)
Only items that have not been put into use can be returned.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you received the goods
You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
In return, you are responsible for that goods are packed safely in. You bear the risk from the time of delivery of the goods. Remember to get a receipt for the filing of the package.
The condition of the goods when returning it to phoamy
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling/usage - other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is used in addition to what is described above, we consider it as a used product. This means that we during the return process deducts the value of the product having been used, before returning the purchase amount.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount you must therefore ONLY do the same as you can in a physical store. You cannot take it into actual use.
Refunding the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, we will gladly return the full amount you have paid us. In case of an impairment, which YOU are liable of, the returned amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we have received the purchased product return. We will carry out such reimbursement to the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have since been supplied evidence of having sent it back.

We record your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information registered with No Noise Agency IVS. are kept for five years, after which the data are deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
The director of No Noise Agency IVS and our Customer Service & Finance Department has access to the information recorded about you. The controller of phoamy.com is CEO of No Noise Agency IVS.
We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer data encrypted. Information provided to phoamy.com are not disclosed or sold in any way to any third party except Trustpilot and we do not register any sensitive information.
We use Trustpilot.dk for obtaining buying experiences. Information collected from Trustpilot.dk is not disclosed to others.
As a customer of phoamy.com you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. These rights are secured by the Privacy Act in Denmark and all inquiries must be directed to No Noise Agency IVS.
phoamy.com checks all items before shipping. The Sale of Goods Act in Denmark (Købeloven) applies to all purchases made on phoamy.com
When you shop at phoamy.com you have 24 month warranty. This means that you either your products repaired or replaced, refunded or will receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. No Noise Agency IVS will preferably choose to replace your item.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you make a claim within 14 days after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.

When you return the product, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. We do not receive packages sent by Cash On Delivery (efterkrav) or alike.
Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Only Danish customers engaging the shop from Danish IP addresses, using payment cards issued by Danish banks can shop at phoamy.com.
